Swim up room bliss
Staying in the swim-up room was a game changer. Direct access to the pool was fantastic. The staff was consistently friendly, and the food was always a highlight.
The noise from the nearby concert venue was disruptive . The lack of some facilities.

Everything was perfect, magnificent location next to the beach and the sea, public transport and Ammoudara, welcoming staff. This was my 2nd stay, they offered queen room with a balcony overlooking the sunset.

incredible location next to long beach, accommodating staff, everything was perfect. location: the hotel was next to the city center of heraklion, the shore, and very friendly. we went out for dinner, found roxani restaurant, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

A Relaxing Family Getaway with Great Amenities
We enjoyed three wonderful nights in a Junior Suite, soaking up the sun by the fine pool. The onsite dining options was very good, with delicious dishes and friendly service. A tip , allocate plenty of time to unwind by the ocean for a true escape.
